The Courage to Begin Again

There are stories that thrill us, stories that comfort us… and stories that remind us what true courage looks like.

This week, as the Faebles Carriage prepares for her first visit to Pooler, my heart has been lingering on one such story — not from the pages of a book, but from the hearts of the people behind Tharros Place.

Tharros Place is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families and survivors of human trafficking. Their mission is one of restoration — helping individuals reclaim their stories, rebuild their lives, and rediscover hope.

This Saturday, November 1st, we’ll be setting up at Three Tree Coffee House at The Front Porch for their annual Fall Festival, which this year is being held to benefit Tharros Place. The event runs from 8 AM to 12 PM, and we’re honored to be part of a community gathering that shines a light on such meaningful work.

So if you’re in the area, come wander through the market, sip something warm, and explore a few new stories. Because whether on the page or in the real world, every story of resilience begins the same way — with the courage to begin again.

With gratitude and hope,

— Mirabella
