For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened tea, food items, and other consumable products cannot be returned. Gift cards, digital products, personalized items, and items marked final sale are also non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by Faebles Tomes and Teas or the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
