At Faebles Tomes and Teas, we take great care in curating and packaging each order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we are happy to assist with a resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at owner@faeblestomesandteas.com with the following details:

A description of the issue

A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Your order number
We will review your request and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit.

Non-Refundable Items

All used books and loose-leaf teas are final sale.

Subscription purchases are non-refundable but can be canceled before the next billing cycle.

Event tickets and special promotions are non-refundable unless canceled by Faebles Tomes and Teas.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are packed for shipping (by Thursday evening). Once an order is prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
