October’s Haunted Pages & Pumpkin-Spiced Adventures

Story lovers, the air has turned crisp, and the Faebles Carriage has taken on a most mysterious glow. October has arrived — the month when stories walk a little closer to the edge of shadow and candlelight.

This past Saturday, the Haunted Carriage made its grand debut at the Pumpkin Spice Market in Rincon, where laughter, autumn breezes, and the scent of cinnamon filled the air. What a delight it was to meet so many new faces — kindred spirits drawn to tales both spooky and sweet.

This week, we’re busy restocking shelves, wrapping new Blind Date with a Book surprises, and preparing for our next stop — the Richmond Hill Farmers Market at J.F. Gregory Park on October 11. Faebles will take a brief rest on October 18, and our October 25 appearance is still to be determined — but the Carriage will roll again for a grand Pooler debut on November 1, joining the Three Tree Coffee Fundraiser Market at The Porch!

And for those who prefer to curl up with a good fright — this month’s Traveling Tome Book Club pick is The Last House on Needless Street by Catriona Ward — a deliciously dark psychological thriller sure to send shivers down your spine. Our October Traveling Tome Box is still available, featuring:

  • A full-sized Creeping Woods candle from Bonded Glow

  • A bold Dark Roast blend from Three Tree Coffee

  • And this month’s chilling read, wrapped in mystery and intrigue.

The shelves have been “tricked and treated” with Dark Romances, Thrillers, and Chilling Tales, alongside special edition brews and tea things that pair perfectly with stormy nights and flickering candlelight.

So whether you join us at market or in the quiet comfort of your reading nook — this month, may you find the beauty in shadows, the magic in mystery, and the courage to wander into stories that haunt and heal in equal measure.

🖤 To the stars who listen… and to the stories that whisper back,

Lady Mirabella
